We are looking for a trained paralegal for our office in Kiel for a total of 9 hours per week in the mornings (Mon, Tue and Thu) to support us in all administrative tasks as of 01.07.2026.

• you keep an eye on all processes in consultation with your office management colleague from Hamburg, enjoy working independently and are well organised.
• you have mastered the RA-Micro lawyer programme.
• In addition to the usual secretarial work in a law firm, in particular the preparation of pleadings according to dictation (with voice recognition), mail processing, client support as well as deadline and appointment monitoring.
