• Born 1967 in Eckernförde
• After graduating from high school in Kiel in 1986, he began studying law at the University of Bonn
• After the 1st state examination (1991) lecturer for the Social Science Institute in the new federal states
• Legal clerkship specialising in family law in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig, traineeship abroad in a family law firm in London
• Since February 1995 working as a lawyer exclusively in family and inheritance law
• Specialist lawyer for family law since 1999, admitted to the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg since 2000
• Since 2004 additional lecturer in family law for the Hamburg Bar Association
• Mrs Franke has also been in charge of our branch office in Kiel since June 2007
• Partner since 2010
